Your order is protected

• Didn't arrive? Full refund.

• Damaged, faulty or not as described? Full refund or a free replacement, no need to return it.

Changed your mind? Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Return the item unworn and in original condition within 14 days for a refund. Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds — Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
